DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • We ship to all 50 states of the USA.
  • For orders over $150 enjoy complimentary free shipping within the USA, delivered by USPS.
  • For orders under $150, a flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies.
  • We work to deliver your orders fast. Delivery times vary based on the selected method.
  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories have a flat fee of $20

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International shipping is offered to many countries.
  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
  • We use reliable carriers for secure and efficient delivery.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Helen Georgio cannot predict or control these fees.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to customs duties or taxes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any additional import fees or taxes incurred on the package.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

  • Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom orders require 1-5 weeks for processing, depending on the item.
  • Email notifications confirming receipt of the order, along with a tracking number and delivery details, will be sent immediately upon order placement.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Helen Georgio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • We work carefully to deliver your package carefully, and we provide you a tracking number.

  • By the time the package is marked deliver , we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • We recommend providing a secure and accurate shipping address to minimize the risk of delivery issues.
